A connector for industrial equipment that is ideal for 20A power lines. We provide the optimum size for the small size and large current required by equipment.
The contact is a new design with 4-point contacts that increases the number of contacts and secures Hertz stress.
While ensuring a current value of 50% or more compared to the Dynamic 3000 series, the mating height has been increased by about 14%, achieving miniaturization.
The current capacity per unit volume is also increased by about 32% compared to existing products.
A 20A connector that inherits the concept of the popular Dynamic Series as a whole. (20A is guaranteed when used in 3P.)

Whether you need to splice 30 AWG solid copper magnet wire or 4/0 stranded aluminum wire, our broad range of splices allow you to splice solid or stranded wire – with copper, aluminum, or a combination of both. We offer crimp, insulation displacement connection (IDC), and other wire splicing types technology, which you can apply manually or with semi- or fully-automated equipment. Engineered for reliability, our electrical wire splices provide you with a cost-effective solution for when you need to make millions of splices or a few repair splices.

The D-5000, which has the largest connector size in the dynamic series, is being developed with the aim of becoming a dedicated power connector for industrial equipment.
As with the D-3000 series, a newly developed copper alloy is used for the contacts to support high power, achieving 30A per pole.
The pin arrangement is 10.16 mm (400 mil), which allows a large pattern to be taken in consideration of the high current of the board type.
In addition, a high current α series has been added. Supports up to 45A per pole.

Salient features
A series that forms the core of the dynamic series and is being developed with the aim of “for signals” and “for power supplies” of industrial equipment.
There are two types of pin arrangements, a standard 3.81 mm (150 mil) pitch and a high voltage type 5.08 mm (200 mil) pitch. The former is mainly for signal circuits and low voltage power supply circuits, and the latter is for high voltage power supply circuits. It is a specification for.
Especially for power supplies, in order to meet the demand for small size and high power due to the recent miniaturization of equipment, a newly developed copper alloy is used, and it is designed to allow a large current of 15A per pole to flow even though it is small.
