PCB Connectors

Salient features
These types of connector systems are mounted or processed to a printed circuit board (PCB). Our broad portfolio of signal and power interconnects include a wide variety of high-density, high-speed board-to-board, cable-to-board, or cable-to-cable connectors designed for automated assembly. These connectors provide exceptional performance in both low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) and embedded DisplayPort (eDP) applications. Our PCB receptacles enable wire-to-PCB terminations; our PCB taps provide power to the PCB. Our Flexible Printed Cable (FPC) is suitable for when small centerline spacing makes larger wire-to-board interconnects impractical.

Electrical Power connectors are used to join electrical conductors and thus repair or extend a power network. They also can be used for grounding to protect the grid, the assets and ultimately people. TE’s electrical connectors are available for low, medium and high voltage electrical conductors, bared or insulated. They come in a variety of different materials and are suitable for a wide range of applications such as underground, overhead, substation and grounding. Our range of electrical connectors have been engineered to the highest standards of quality and design, exhibiting properties such as corrosion resistance, insulation, material strength, durability, flexibility, and more.

Ring terminals and spade lugs for reliable electrical connections Ring terminals – known as lug terminals – are electrical terminals that join wiring to a stud or screw connection. On one end, ring terminals are equipped with a closed or open crimp barrel to make an electrical connection with the wire. On the other end is a ring-shaped tongue installed on equipment by a bolt or screw that goes through the ring. Spade terminals – known as spade lugs – join or disconnect a single wire that is connected to a screw or stud. Its shape, which resembles a fork or spade, allows the user to easily connect or disconnect the electrical connection. Spade terminals can help you to connect electrical wires quickly, because screws and bolts only require loosening – instead of complete disassembly – when attaching or removing a connection.

Connectors

D1000series

Salient features
The smallest multi-pole signal connector in the dynamic series. Further miniaturization of industrial equipment can be realized. An abundant series lineup is also a major feature. Available in pitches of 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.5 mm. As for the color version, in addition to the standard color of the dynamic series so far, black, yellow and natural colors are also available. In addition, there are various features such as contacts that can handle a wide range of electric wires and crimping tools that can replace dies.

Connectors

D2000series

Salient features
A connector that is compact in the dynamic series but has achieved specifications for industrial equipment. It can be used mainly for signal applications. It has an appropriate pitch of 2.5 mm for signal lines of 250 V or less, and is compatible with AWG # 18 wires at this pitch. (1 pole maximum 5A) In addition, it has various features such as a center lock method that enables effective use of the board and a contact lance for low profile rolls.
