Ring terminals and spade lugs for reliable electrical connections Ring terminals – known as lug terminals – are electrical terminals that join wiring to a stud or screw connection. On one end, ring terminals are equipped with a closed or open crimp barrel to make an electrical connection with the wire. On the other end is a ring-shaped tongue installed on equipment by a bolt or screw that goes through the ring. Spade terminals – known as spade lugs – join or disconnect a single wire that is connected to a screw or stud. Its shape, which resembles a fork or spade, allows the user to easily connect or disconnect the electrical connection. Achieves high current and high reliability of up to 65A In order to support high current of 65A, a crown band with a multi-point contact mechanism is used for the first time in the lycee contact. Corresponding to protection class IP20 Finger protection of protection class IP20 is realized by attaching a new concept cap to the tip of the pin contact on the header side. Ideal for safety measures in the power supply section of industrial equipment such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, large control equipment, and machine tools. Also supports sequential connection Two types of pin contacts, standard type and long type, are available. It also supports applications that require sequential connection from the ground pin.

D5000series

Salient features
The D-5000, which has the largest connector size in the dynamic series, is being developed with the aim of becoming a dedicated power connector for industrial equipment. As with the D-3000 series, a newly developed copper alloy is used for the contacts to support high power, achieving 30A per pole. The pin arrangement is 10.16 mm (400 mil), which allows a large pattern to be taken in consideration of the high current of the board type. In addition, a high current α series has been added. Supports up to 45A per pole.
