Ring Terminals & Spade Terminals

Salient features
Ring terminals and spade lugs for reliable electrical connections Ring terminals – known as lug terminals – are electrical terminals that join wiring to a stud or screw connection. On one end, ring terminals are equipped with a closed or open crimp barrel to make an electrical connection with the wire. On the other end is a ring-shaped tongue installed on equipment by a bolt or screw that goes through the ring. Spade terminals – known as spade lugs – join or disconnect a single wire that is connected to a screw or stud. Its shape, which resembles a fork or spade, allows the user to easily connect or disconnect the electrical connection. Spade terminals can help you to connect electrical wires quickly, because screws and bolts only require loosening – instead of complete disassembly – when attaching or removing a connection.

D3000series

Salient features
A series that forms the core of the dynamic series and is being developed with the aim of “for signals” and “for power supplies” of industrial equipment. There are two types of pin arrangements, a standard 3.81 mm (150 mil) pitch and a high voltage type 5.08 mm (200 mil) pitch. The former is mainly for signal circuits and low voltage power supply circuits, and the latter is for high voltage power supply circuits. It is a specification for. Especially for power supplies, in order to meet the demand for small size and high power due to the recent miniaturization of equipment, a newly developed copper alloy is used, and it is designed to allow a large current of 15A per pole to flow even though it is small.

Wiring protection for mil/aero applications TE’s Raychem convoluted tubing is available in Helical HCTE and Annular Convolex styles to offer mechanical protection for electrical wiring systems in applications requiring flexibility and good resistance to a variety of fluids. Widely used in the military and commercial aerospace industries, Raychem Convolex tubing has an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 150°C, while the HCTE is rated higher to 200°C.
